Meet Elizete Silva

My objective is to educate buyers and sellers and provide them with professional advice and guidance so they can make informed decisions and gain a greater understanding and comfort level of the real estate market and the buying and selling process

My goal is to provide a level of service that exceeds my clients’ expectations. I have been a Rhode Island resident for several years as well as Southeastern Massachusetts and absolutely love it. I’m very familiar with all of the neighborhoods inside-out and I have many years of experience helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate dreams, of which many transactions have come with great difficulty and challenges. On a personal level, I have a Bachelors Degree in Computer Engineering. Before entering the real estate world I worked in the IT field as a Computer Engineer.

My experience as an engineer has helped me to become very detail oriented and focused on the task(s) at hand which has translated into a higher quality of service for my clients. I am fluent in Spanish, Portuguese and Creole which has given me an advantage for selling and marketing to a diverse pool of buyers and sellers from various cultures and backgrounds. I’m a very active participant “in” and always strive to give back “to” the community I live and work in. I would be honored to represent you in your home sale or home purchase and help anyone you know with their real estate needs
